By taking part in any of the Nurture Sports Academy sessions or events, you (the “Participant”) are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions set out below. The Participant hereby acknowledges that the Participant is voluntarily participating in badminton with Nurture Sports Academy anywhere in the UAE. The Participant will be personally responsible for the Participant’s own safety during any Training Sessions with Nurture Sports Academy, assumes all risks and accepts full and complete responsibility for any and all damages and personal injury of any kind, including death resulting directly or indirectly therefrom. The Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and relinquishes any action or causes of action for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death which may occur during any Training Sessions or any pursuit incidental thereto.
The Participant further agrees that under no circumstances will the Participant prosecute or present any claim against any member or person associated with Nurture Sports Academy for any causes of action, personal injury, property damage, or death, whether the same shall arise by the negligence or non-intentional conduct of any of the Nurture Sports Academy during any Training Sessions or any pursuit incidental thereto. The Participant hereby agrees to indemnify, saves and holds harmless each of the Nurture Sports Academy from any loss, liability, damage or cost which the Nurture Sports Academy may incur as a result of injury, or property damage to the Participant occurring during or incidental to any Training Sessions, or from any action from such personal injury, and/or property damage to the Participant.
This Waiver and Indemnity shall be governed by the laws in force in all Emirates. If any portion of this Waiver and Indemnity is invalid and/or is declared to be invalid by a court of law, the balance of the Waiver and Indemnity shall continue in full force and effect. In the case of a minor member (the “Participant”), the Parent or Legal Guardian shall sign on their behalf and take full legal responsibility and the terms of this Membership Policies, and Terms and Condition shall apply to them in full.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Instruction to Students:
Students should wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking shoes.
Personal Ornaments such as watches, jewelries, headsets etc. are not to be worn/ carried while attending the session.
Students must reach badminton court 15 minutes before coaching.
Parents are not allowed to communicate with the coaches during class hours.
Students must carry personal hygiene kit during training sessions (towel, sanitizer, mask).
It is mandatory inside the courts while you are not in training.
Observe social distancing at all time.
Declaration from Parents/ Guardian/ Students:
I further represent and permit that to the best of my knowledge and belief the student/ I the member, is physically and mentally able to participate in such activities with my approval/ knowledge. I understand that if applicant has heart-related problems, they cannot participate in the activity that may result in hyperextension, radical flexion, or instability.
In permitting myself to take part in the session, I am specifically granting my permission to Nurture Badminton Academy to use the my name, picture, photos, voice and words in television, radio films, newspaper, magazine, and other media and from for the purposes and communication of Nurture Badminton Academy during the tenure of my membership and thereafter.
In case of any medical emergency arise during training activity at a time when I am not personally present to be consulted regarding student care, I hereby authorize Nurture Badminton Academy coaches/personnel on my behalf to take whatever measures are necessary to ensure that the student is provided with any emergency medical treatment including hospitalization, which they deem advisable to protect the student’s health and wellbeing of the student.
If a non-emergency medical situation should arise during the student’s participation during training activity at a time when I am not personally present to be consulted regarding student care. I hereby authorize Nurture Badminton Academy coaches/ personnel to act on my behalf and within the limits of their training and certification to provide the same nonprescription medication that I could be expected to provide if I were present. This is limited to basic first aid treatment.
I being the parent/guardian/student of ________________________, hereby declare that I will not hold responsible Nurture Sports Academy management, officials, directors, agents or employees for any loss/damages suffered on account of money/costs, action, person/personal belongings and any kind of medical injuries/disease or accident during the duration of the said sports activity. This release is binding upon my guardians, heirs, assignees or me. I am fully knowledgeable as to the proper use of the facilities as well as my own physical limitations and I agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the Management of Nurture Sports Academy against any and all claims whatsoever through loss or damage to property
